I have always enjoyed interacting with others as a true people-person. This led me into many paths including the health care field, sales and marketing, instructing pilates, real estate sales and eventually to my real passion of Life Coaching!   I am certified by the Coaches Institute International as a Certified Professional Coach.

I am married and have two teenage sons who are a joy! I love to laugh and play. I enjoy many outdoor activities and especially traveling. Meeting new people and learning from their experiences in life is what I strive for every day!

I treat my job as a Life Coach as an honor.

What's Your Passion?

I’m all about getting people to their passion, to what’s most meaningful to them. They can then create their lives from the inside out. It’s so important that we find what’s important to us and find ways of embracing that as our starting point. Everything else is based on that foundation which makes life easier, more effortless.

I love to be playful. Often in our lives, we play such serious roles – mother, wife, employee, business owner. I’m like a jester, helping people make their lives lighter. It’s like I give them a playground where they can fully enjoy life and all its laughter. I invite my clients into that playground. Everyone plays in different ways so I have a variety of tools that I use to help each person access their unique joy. I help them play the game every day so that rather than one foot on, one foot off, they keep the momentum going.

With each client, I put a stake in the ground. I don’t waver. I know who they are and what they’re capable of. I hold a high bar. I want to see everyone playing BIG! I’ve been described as a laser beam, seeing straight to the heart of who a person is, cutting through any obstacles and noise.

We each have to move forward into new territory. Extend a hand to a stranger, put ourselves out there, and show up. We need to move into being active participants in the game of life, not mere observers. It takes bravery. My greatest joy comes from doing that myself and from helping others do that too.
